Participants will cultivate renewed confidence, manage stress with intention, and build habits that stabilize both mind and classroom. Acclaimed research (e.g., Bruce Perry’s neuroscience) forms the foundation of a series of practical habits—each designed to be immediately implementable and long-lasting.
